Gareth Evans is an experienced, motivational and effective coach, trainer, presenter and facilitator who brings a rare blend of gravitas, skills, knowledge, enthusiasm and can-do attitude to Learning & Development. He is a former International Rugby Player, having represented Wales, Barbarians and British Lions on the world stage for many years. Gareth is a former captain and coach of Newport RFC and was recently inducted into the NRFC Hall of Fame.

During a career of training and developing individuals, groups and teams, Gareth has enjoyed great success in sales, sales management, Training and Competence, Compliance and Training & Development. His responsibilities have ranged from the Management and Development of a National Field Force to the leading of a large L&D department with 22 trainers and a massively wide cross functional remit. He is a qualified Financial Planner with current knowledge and special expertise.

Gareth has designed and delivered numerous interventions ranging from major coaching and communication skills programmes through to courses on management, presentation skills, F2F and telephone sales skills, customer service, negotiation, conflict resolution, team building and many other critical business skills areas. He has spoken at numerous conferences and lectured to the Chartered Insurance Institute on the success of his coaching in a regulatory environment.

He now coaches and trains in multiple industries to a wide variety of audiences.

With his senior level background at the sharp end of business and also in Coaching and Training, Gareth has a real understanding of the key issues that impact upon individual, team and company performance and is passionate about realising the untapped potential which can positively affect the bottom line.
